How It Began

TLOR emerged through years of observation, research, and reflection — a journey that continues to unfold.

With a background spanning engineering, construction, and design, and a deep appreciation for beauty, innovation, and service, we spent nearly eight years studying how spaces are conceived and brought to life. We observed the market, the people it serves, and the way work is carried out, allowing insight to emerge naturally into how spaces may be shaped with greater meaning and care.

This period of learning was guided by curiosity — an inspiration to create spaces that function effortlessly, feel emotionally resonant, and endure over time.
